48 days since last period, 3 negative home pregnancy test?

Okay, so my period is never really regular. But it has been 52 days since the 1st day and 48 days since the last day of my last period. I haven't felt any symptoms that I have noticed. This past weekend I felt cramps/sharp pains (not too sharp) in my lower stomach and pelvic area. That lasted about 2-3 days. I felt bloated, or "full" I guess you could say..during the cramps and everything. I have 1 child already, and it is a possibility that I am pregnant. I have been off the pill for a while now. I have taken 3 home pregnancy tests, and all negative. Idk!?!?
