What could be wrong with my wrist?

i was houseing around with my friend and he jump on top of my back and i had my wrist under me my pom was touching my arm. it hurts and have a disconncected feeling its very hard to explain. it all has a sharp pain up to my elbow when i move it to the sides. and it goes into my hand. i can move it a lil but no pressure or it really hurts. when it happened it went numb and i felt my fingers and my wrist swell, my fingers aint really swollen anymore but my wrist is. i dont want to go to the hosp if i dont need to.
