ok so i want to be a cheerleader in high school and i need to learn how to do a cartwheel and a back hand flip cause when i do it they look all sloppy and i heard that cheerleaders are sharp in all of there moves so can any one tell mii how to do a cartwheel and a backhand flip perfectly pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee… thank you **** much luv***
