Evaluation on my diet please!?
Instead of losing weight why don't you think of turning around and putting on muscle. FInd out what your BMI{Body Mast Index} Search on the Internet and search for a BMI calculation. You put in your height and weight and it tell your BMI. You need to measure yourself,correctly. Take your height and turn it into inches and divide it in half. That is your waist size.Your diet looks really good but the first time you eat is 6am and next time you eat isn't till 11:30. That is almost 6 hours. It is suggested all meals,small or average should be eaten every 3 to 4 hours all day long. I also notice you have no dinner schedule. Lighten up on the fruit as they do have a lot of sugar in them naturally. You need to add a little more protein and carbohydrates after your work out. It is false to say starve the body and you will loose weight. Where as weightlifters and bodybuilders will always tell you to feed the body.I worked for Navy Fitness for over 4 years.
