Best tennis racquet under $100?

Hey guys! I want to buy a racquet with great control and touch but don't want to pay more than $90 or $100. My current racquet is a Prince O3 Oversize with a 1500 power rating. I've found that it has an unnecessary amount of power and racquet head area for me. I'm looking for a good racquet that focuses on accuracy and control and has good feel. The O3 feels kinda clumsy and big at times. I also like to use a lot of topspin, if that helps :). Thanks!
